Applications:

Condensation Cure Mold Making RTV2 Silicone Rubbers can be poured or brush onto products for casting polyurethane,epoxy, polyester resin, gypsum/plaster, cement, waxes, low melt alloys/metals, etc.

Steps:

1. The liquid silica gel and the curing agent are mixed and stirred at a ratio of 100:3 by weight.

2. The stirred liquid silica gel is vacuumed to enhance its tear resistance.

3. Make a mold frame for fixing, which is convenient for pouring and curing.

4. Apply mold release agent to the surface of the mold frame and mold to facilitate demoulding.

5. Pour the mold into the mold frame and place the mold silicone into the mold frame until it completely covers the mold.

6. After it is completely cured, remove the mold frame and take out the mold.

7. Trim the edges of the silicone mold and place it in a dry, ventilated place for 24 hours.
